Acceptance of Terms

Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of any balance. Account Creation & Security
When creating an account on kd99, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Only one account per person is permitted — creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you share your account details with any third party or allow someone else to use your account, you will be held liable for any loss arising from such activity. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password.
Kd99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected. A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested for identity verification, and failure to provide it within the specified timeframe will result in account restrictions. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the account balance may be seized and legal action may be taken.
Users wishing to close their account may submit a request through our support team. All pending bets and transactions should be settled before requesting closure. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our standard procedures.
User Responsibilities & Rules for Using the Platform
All users of the kd99 platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Hacking, manipulating, or scraping any part of the platform through unauthorized means is strictly prohibited. Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or account management is entirely forbidden — any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account termination.
Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes by coordinating with other users, abusing bonuses, or participating in promotional fraud is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of kd99's intellectual property, logos, brand name, or technology is entirely unlawful. Harassing other users, spreading misleading information, or sharing harmful content through the platform is strictly forbidden.
Users must ensure that participating in online gaming and betting is lawful under the laws of their own country. kd99 is not responsible for the legal status of such activities in any specific jurisdiction, and users participate entirely at their own risk. Compliance with all platform rules and guidelines is mandatory — violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Payment & Transaction Details
All transactions on the kd99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). For deposits and withdrawals, we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are outlined in the platform guidelines and are subject to change.
Deposits must be made using only legitimate payment methods that you personally own — using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, kd99 reserves the right to suspend it and request identity and source verification. Any evidence of money laundering or financial fraud will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and the timeframe varies depending on the payment method. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
